A new mathematical operation, $\blacklozenge$, is defined by $a \blacklozenge b = \frac{2a}{b}$.
For example, $6 \blacklozenge 3 = \frac{2 \times 6}{3} = 4$. If $a \blacklozenge 4 = 18$, what is the value of $a$?
